About me as a Yoga Teacher

In 2019 I trained as an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher (200h YTT) at The Yoga Loft in Brussels. I had the opportunity to teach this discipline in English at the Yoga Loft's two centers.

I followed a second training as a Yin Yoga teacher (100h YTT), at Samadhi in Florence that helped me to deepen my knowledge, and to work on myofascia and body tissues.

I completed a course on the 'Mindfulness-based stress reduction' program that allowed me to understand the principles of the management of emotional stress through mindful techniques.

I currently teach these disciplines, giving Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Slow Flow classes at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence.

I follow a holistic approach to improve the mental and physical well-being of my students, supporting them to be aware of their individual system. I teach in English and Italian.

My curiosity led me to discover somatic movement and contemporary dance, which I study with great interest and whose teachings I integrate into my knowledge on movement.

My approach to Yoga

"Yoga as a tool of exploration and self-discovery. Yoga as tool of acceptance.

Through awareness, to see. Through love, to achieve."
